Required work experience/skills

1. Schedule-oriented
2. Can manage day-to-day office operations
3. Comfortable working in a flexible work environment
4. Able to help with editing of documents/emails or be able to edit/create powerpoints presentations
5. Preferably has experience as a sales assistant or has secretarial experience


1. Operation Assistant
Office management (invoices, rent, mail)

2. Sales Assistant
Manage sales team’s schedule, edit designs of sales kits, manage cost & profits

3. Lead Generation (Cold-calling)
Cold-call companies in Singapore to get appointments

4. Any other task assigned by Management

Work hours

3 times a week
Eg, Mon, Wed, Fri mornings, 0900am -1230pm (Hours might be subject to change)

SGD20/hour + commission (on a per-appointment-clinched basis)
