Responsibilities

  • Provide quality customer service to our guests
  • Have good knowledge of our products in order to present it to our guests
  • Provide presentation and walk through for our VR experience
  • Troubleshooting technical issues – maintain visual standards
  • Performing other ad hoc duties when required

  • Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and open to learning new products and features
  • Passion for technology and gaming
  • Willing to work shifts on weekends
  • Min. of 3 shifts per week
