Our Firm is looking for a committed and motived Admin clerk / Junior Secretary who is able to converse with our Chinese speaking clients.
N-level / O level or Diploma / ITE / SPM / STPM (Malaysia)
Follow up on file management
Assist in day to day office operations
Attend to callers and visitors in a professional manner
Coordinate and assist in setting up local and overseas conference calls
Manage local / overseas postage and courier
Liaise with building management and vendors
Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook applications
Good typing speed and accuracy
Good written and verbal skills in English and ability to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients
Ability to communicate at all levels with strong organisational skills
Ability to exercise discretion in the daily work requirement
