Job Overview

Responsibilities:
• Handle customers’ enquiries and email correspondence
• Coordinate delivery schedule
• Close monitoring of production schedule
• Update data on Master Tracker

• Other administrative duties

 

Job Requirements:
• GCE ‘O’/‘N’ level and above
• Preferably 1 to 2 years of working experience in customer service / admin
• Good interpersonal communication skills in handling different stakeholders
• Independent, responsible and proactive
• Proficiency in using MS / Excel Office Applications
• Able to start work within short notice

Working hours: Mon to Fri (9am – 6pm)
