6.Call to remind clients for appointment to come down for payment.
7.Tally the daily accounts.
8.Proper filing of all loan documents.
9.Up-keep the working environment at tip-top condition.
10.Conduct Interview for customers (*For those qualified consultants).
11.Follow up pending cases.
12.Follow up online application from company websites.
Customer Service Executive(Collection) responsibilities
1.Performing debt recovery function on problematic loan accounts and other portfolios assigned by the company.
2.Conduct calling for payment reminders.
3.Responsible for daily collections activities via calling and highlight the accounts for issuing of Letter of Demand.
4.To ensure prompt timely instalment payments by the borrowers.
5.Reduce debt delinquencies and credit risk by taking appropriate steps of recovery.
6.Liaise with Head of Department (Collection) and Collection Manager for regular bankruptcy and litigation updates.
7.Assist Manager in daily and monthly reports of debtors aging.
8.Inform Manager on Customers’ financial credit worthiness.
9.In-charge eNets machine log book.
