  • To provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationship with our clients
  • Follow up consultation with customers with regards to their treatments and products purchased
  • To promote current promotions and products to customers without hard-selling
  • Encourage customers to write positive reviews on various online platforms
  • Resolve any negative feedback from customers
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned by the management from time to time


  • Ensure smooth operations of the spa
  • To effectively manage daily operations of the outlet, including treatments, therapies and facilities, and plan manpower movement
  • Train, lead and motivate new spa personnel in the company to achieve the most outstanding customer’s experiences
  • Monitor and ensure quality of service are kept and maintained within Company’s directions
  • Engage passionately with company’s training programme and contribute new ideas to better company’s operation for enhanced customer experiences in treatment room
  • Ensure all company properties and equipment are well-maintained
  • Maintain a professional code of conduct as a spa manager and maintain discipline of the therapist
  • Ensure positive attitudes and positive environment for all staff
  • Align the team with company’s initiatives
  • Maintain all HR matters for the staff which includes Annual Leave/ MC etc


  • Passionate in beauty/retail industry and willing to serve customer with heart
  • Good communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal
  • Enjoys serving customers with heart
  • Cheerful and outgoing personality
  • Able to speak English and Chinese fluently
  • Able to work on weekends or Public Holidays
